Greg Nielsen
President & Founder

For more than 20 years, Greg has been focused on creating systems that help franchise businesses improve their efficiency and profitability. His professional career includes public accounting experience with Deloitte & Touche, where he worked with small and franchised businesses. He has also held senior management positions at Productivity Plus, Franklin Covey Company, and Signaltec, and has been responsible for creating innovative tools and services to help clients better manage their time and activities. As owner of a Cousins Subs franchise, Greg was frustrated by the lack of simple, automated tools available for franchise owners, and put his experience to work developing a solution to electronically track and collect data critical to managing business profitably.

Greg holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Accounting degrees from Brigham Young University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, with membership in the AICPA and ASCPA.

David Keeney
VP & Technology Architect

As the technical architect of ProfitKeeper, David brings a wealth of software development and management experience to the team. His 25 year history includes co-founding TekNow, and serving as the VP of engineering for the wireless email and paging equipment company. He also founded ACH Systems, and served as manager of systems & operations for the electronic funds processing division of Deluxe Corporation, a Fortune 100 company that provides millions of transactions to financial institutions across the country. Dave is a respected expert in financial systems, wireless, web email, database, LAN/WAN, and distributed computing technologies.

Brenda Nielsen
Director of Communications

Brenda is an attorney with a diverse range of small business and communications experience. As one of the initial members of the ProfitKeeper team, she has been involved since the inception, carefully guiding the developing marketing and communications programs and franchise relationships. Prior to her involvement with ProfitKeeper, her professional career included a legal practice with Porter, Tobler & Martineau and then Tobler & Martineau. Later, as a sole practitioner, her services focused in the areas of contract law, estate planning and probate.

Brenda graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Communications and an emphasis in Public Relations. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University College of Law and is a member of the Arizona State Bar.

Kyle McEuen
Director of Account Management

Kyle has extensive experience working with and servicing small businesses on both personal and administrative levels. At ProfitKeeper, he manages client relationships and accounts, oversees a cross-functional team of employees, develops relationships with franchisors and franchisees to provide custom solutions, and is involved in marketing efforts. Prior to joining ProfitKeeper, Kyle worked at Wells Fargo Bank and was responsible for providing solutions for business financial needs. He started his career at a public accounting firm specializing in small business tax preparation, auditing and bookkeeping.

Kyle holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Arizona.

Mark Christianson
Director of Member Services

Possessing over 25 years of customer service experience with companies such as American Express, Coinstar and CVS Caremark, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to the ProfitKeeper team. Skilled at both customer support and employee development, Mark works to ensure that the ProfitKeeper support staff is properly trained, supported and has the resources necessary to provide the ProfitKeeper customer with the highest level of service. Serving the unique needs of franchise organizations requires a keen sensitivity to various “moving parts” that franchisees must keep track of to be successful. Mark’s background in financial services and healthcare support has given him keen attention to detail.

Mark is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
